(1) The name of any person, group or organization under Section 29N of the Act. and 29h. According to sub-rule (2) and (3) of Rule 5, if the property or funds of such person, group or organization should not be in the list due to matching with the name of the person, group or organization, the property or fund of such person, group or organization shall be released. The Ministry shall issue an order to the relevant agency and immediately publish the notification on its website.
(2) If there is a release order according to sub-rule (1), all the relevant bodies shall immediately release such property or funds.
